David Goetz is the founder and driving force behind Sillon Conserverie . Passionate about authentic taste and craftsmanship, he conceived Sillon to promote simple, well-made, and high-quality products.
After a career combining gastronomy and commerce, David chose to put his energy and know-how at the service of a human-sized artisanal cannery.
At Sillon, he oversees all activities: recipe development, raw material selection, relationships with producers and partners, and overall brand strategy. His objective is simple: to create authentic, consistent, and accessible products that tell a story and respect taste.
For David, Sillon is not just a cannery, it is a human project: every can, every decision, every collaboration reflects the attention paid to the product and to the people who bring it to life.
CHARLOTTE LAMBERT
Charlotte is part of the Sillon Conserverie team, where she oversees the smooth running of projects and the daily coordination of the cannery.
Rigorous and attentive, she brings her sense of organization and her involvement to each stage, to guarantee that each preserve reflects the requirement and artisanal quality of Sillon.
What she particularly appreciates is the teamwork, the close relationships with her colleagues and partners, and the opportunity to participate in an authentic artisanal process, where every detail counts.
CHLOÉ BIEGEL
Chloé is part of the Sillon Conserverie team, where she contributes to the development and organization of the cannery's daily operations.
Attentive and dedicated, she participates in the implementation of projects with method and attention to detail. Her calm approach and keen eye ensure consistency between ideas, their execution, and the artisanal spirit of Sillon.
