Our story

Sillon Conserverie was born from a simple desire:
to offer genuine artisanal preserves , where taste, product and know-how are at the heart of each recipe.

The project originated from a desire to give new meaning to everyday products.
Clear, straightforward recipes, made from carefully selected raw materials and processed with respect.

Sillon was built gradually, taking the time to do things right.
Each recipe is the result of testing, adjustments and patient work, to achieve the right balance between authenticity and indulgence.

The cannery has opted for small-scale manufacturing , prioritizing close relationships with its partners and controlled production.
This model allows us to stay true to our values, ensure consistent quality and maintain real freedom in recipe choices.

Today, Sillon Conserverie continues to forge its path, guided by the same high standards:
to showcase the product, respect the know-how and offer preserves that have meaning, both for those who make them and for those who enjoy them.

Who is Sillon?

Sillon is first and foremost the project of David Goetz .

The cannery was born from a desire to work with simple products, with exacting standards, and to give them renewed meaning. After several experiences that led him to develop an interest in both taste and craftsmanship, David chose to create Sillon to offer honest, transparent, and well-made preserves.

At Sillon, David is involved in every step: from developing recipes to selecting raw materials, including discussions with partners and the development of the cannery. His guiding principles remain constant: respecting the product, prioritizing quality, and taking the time to do things properly.

Sillon has been built gradually, on a human scale, with a commitment to remaining true to this approach. More than a brand, the cannery reflects a way of working, where taste, expertise, and human relationships are central.

Why furrow?

The word furrow evokes the work of the land, the patient gesture, the time needed to do things properly.
It is a trace left intentionally, a path that is carefully dug.

This name reflects the spirit of Sillon Conserverie :
Take your time, respect the product and follow a clear line, without unnecessary detours.

Each recipe is conceived like a furrow:
precise work, repeated, built step by step, until the right balance between taste, material and know-how is found.

Sillon also represents the idea of continuity.
An approach that is part of a long-term process, faithful to simple values: high standards, patience and sincerity .
