🥂 Tasting Tips
Take the foie gras out of the refrigerator about 20-30 minutes before serving so that it softens slightly, allowing the flavors to express themselves better.
Serve it in thin slices, on toasted country bread or golden brioche.
A sweet white wine, or even a Vin Jaune, pairs wonderfully with this dish. Those who enjoy surf and turf pairings can also try a supple yet aromatic red wine, provided it has subtle tannins.
