Discover our artisanal pork meatballs, carefully crafted in the Aveyron region. We exclusively use pork raised at the Mayrinhac Farm, located near Saint-Julien-de-Rodelle. The pigs there are fed with locally grown grains, without fertilizers or pesticides, guaranteeing superior quality meat.
In our recipes, we value the entire animal, using all parts of the pig to create flavorful and authentic meatballs. This respectful approach to raising and processing ensures a rich flavor and an incomparable texture.
