Description
The pork meatballs are cooked in a pork broth with oregano and garlic as the seasoning base.
Carefully crafted in the Tarn region. We exclusively use pork raised at the foot of the Montagne Noire mountains. The pigs are fed with cereals, without fertilizers or pesticides, guaranteeing superior quality meat.
In our recipes, we value the entire animal, using all parts of the pig to create flavorful and authentic meatballs. This respectful approach to raising and processing ensures a rich flavor and an incomparable texture.
