We've incorporated extra virgin olive oil from Olio di Serra, an unfiltered, artisanal oil cold-pressed from Peranzana and Risciola olives hand-picked in Serracapriola, in northern Puglia, Italy. This oil gives our hummus a fruity and robust note.
To enhance the whole thing, a touch of carefully selected cumin brings a warm and spicy flavor, enhancing the whole with a distinctive aromatic note.
